Website information
Privacy notice
Effective October 7, 2026
Information you choose to provide
If you call, email, or submit an inquiry, the firm may receive your name, contact details, a brief description of the matter, and other information you choose to provide. Please do not include Social Security numbers, full medical records, financial account numbers, or other sensitive documents in an initial inquiry.
How inquiry information is used
Information may be used to respond, check for conflicts, assess whether the firm can consider the matter, maintain business records, and meet legal or professional obligations. Contacting the firm does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
Website operation
The website’s hosting and security providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times to operate and protect the service. This version of the website does not include advertising pixels, visitor analytics, an embedded map, or a third-party chat widget. Links to directions and external records open services governed by their own privacy policies.
Form security
When you submit the online inquiry form, a temporary security cookie is used to protect the submission. The server may retain a keyed, non-readable identifier derived from your network address and recent attempt times to limit automated submissions. This is not used for advertising.
Email and inquiry delivery
If you use a link or tool that prepares an email, the message is sent through your email provider when you choose to send it. A web inquiry, where available, may be retained by the firm and delivered through its hosting or email service providers. No method of internet transmission can be guaranteed secure. Call the office to discuss an appropriate channel for sensitive materials.
Service providers and disclosure
Hosting, email, and other service providers may process information to support the firm’s operations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or as needed to meet professional duties or protect legal rights. The firm does not use this website to sell inquiry information.
Retention and requests
The firm may retain information as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and applicable legal or professional obligations. Contact the office about your information or to request a correction. Some records may need to be retained despite a request for deletion.
